fans and cpu liquid cooler confusion

so i am confused with my fans and where i should put my radiator
also sp fans are for intake and af fans for outtake right?
i have 3 sp's at the front, two for the radiator
i have 4 af up top and one 140mm at the back for outake
looking at that setup it looks like my case will have a very negative pressure is dat good?
i thought negative was bad as it sucks in air and dust collects at the opening and cracks of the case
where should i put my radiator instead and is my fan configuration all right
this is technically what i have done (you cant see the sp fans though on the right side)

if you want, you can reverse the back airflow to intake, so air goes in from both sides and exit from top. that should balance it out a bit more.
