My Computer:
CPU - i7 8700k (Haven't overclocked it)
Motherboard - ROG MAXIMUS X HERO WiFI Edition
Ram - Corsair LPX 3000 16gb DDR4
GPU - GTX 1080 Asus Strix
AIO - Corsair H100i v2
Computer case - Corsair 570x Paired with 3 LL Corsair fans and 3 HD Corsair fans

First problem!
Any 3 fans that are connected to [CPU FAN, Chassis FAN 1 & 2] they run extremely loud when my cpu temp gets to 70. Yes only 70 degrees C. My fans in the front are completely quiet all the time. I have corsair link and I've changed them all to PWM and also with asus AI suite 3. The three fans will always ramp up to almost max speeds. Even when it idles around 60C. It sometimes runs loud.

Second Problem!
I know the 8700k runs really hot but sometime it idles at 80C but at times it will idle at below 40C.
Is my h100i v2 not good enough? It's got new artic thermal paste on it also. When I game its always 85~90 and I'm playing games like CS , League, and Fortnite. My cpu is also not being overclocked so if anyone else can help me. I'd really appreciate it!

Third Problem!
My GTX 1080 is always running at 95% and up in any game. Not overclocking it or anything. Is there any solution to that ?

Solution
The H100i V2 is absolutely enough to handle an 8700K.

Are you using the stock fans with that cooler? They do run loud, very loud, especially at high speeds. If this is the case, then you need to look at the temperature of the H100i V2 (you'll see this in Link). On the default profiles, it'll ramp the fans up to full speed when the coolant temperature gets over 40C. If you coolant temperature is getting that high, then it's very likely that you have issues with proper heat management inside the case (assuming that the cooler is configured as exhaust ... you've not detailed that).

For your CPU temperatures, the thing that you need to look at is the voltage being supplied to the CPU (vCore). Asus seems to be pretty consistent in...
1) Your fans are probably set up in BIOS to work like that when temps exceed 70C, or the PWM curve is simply set that way. You can adjust them, read your mobo's manual, each BIOS has its own settings. BTW, 70C is not "just 70", it is a relatively high temp for the CPU, although not too high. You definitely don't want to go above 80C, though.

2) It could be that the cooler is not mounted properly, as those temps do seem quite high. Do you have a spare quality air cooler somewhere to try with it instead?

3) It is not a problem, that's how it is supposed to be. The GPU should always work at its maximum potential all the time, or else it would be bottlenecked by the CPU. If that "high load" bothers you, the only thing you can do is turn on vsync or cap the framerate, thus reducing the work for the GPU.

Asus seems to be pretty consistent in having default settings that, essentially, overclock and overvolt the CPU, causing the processor temperature to get pretty high. I've heard of cases where the Asus board is at all default settings and it still supplies > 1.4V to the processor. This will make your CPU hot, regardless of any cooler that you are using.

Solution
That doesnt seem right, at stock speeds you should not be getting that high of temp. My 8700k is set to 4.5Ghz on all 6 cores and my Cryorig R1 fans are set to about 900rpm with idle around 40*c

Did you run the Asus AI suite 3 software on the fans to find their speed rating? Once I did that i have all the fans set on the second from bottom setting ( not at home so i cant check on the name ) and have the fan curve set pretty steep.

Have a Panteks P400 with 3 120mm Corsair SP fans in the front, one in the rear, and 2 140mm SP fans on top.

Both Cryorig fans use the CPU/CPU_Opt fan ports, the 2 140mm have a splitter that use the AIO_Pump header. All 3 front fans plug into the bottm right fan headers. And the rear fan plugs in right above the PCI-e1 slot. All these fans will ramp up as the CPU temps rise, or if i know i will be gaming for a while i will just tell AI suite to go tornado mode and keep everything cool.

Yeah I've tried to changed it multiple times and I actually do not have another cooler. Its in the same place and in the same case but it worked perfectly with my i7 6700k

Yes I have but it seems like it does nothing and my fans still ramp up

I will check when I get home but no! I am using the Corsair LL fans for my h100i
