Fans are not spinning even on high temperature

Hi i have xfx rx 470 4gb cards and I’m using 6 same type of cards for mining purpose, my 5 cards are working perfectly but unfortunately one card has a problem with fans, its fans are not spinning even on high temperature, i have reinstalled the amd software but still fans are no spinning, card is working perfectly it gives hashes but due to fans problem, suddenly it goes under high temperature like 80 to 90 celcius and drop down the hashes, i didn’t found any appropriate solution for this error so pleas guid me with best solution

try msi afterburner and set the fans manualy
