Question Fans aren't lighting up and i dont know what to do ?

I recently swapped cases and once everything was put together, the fans weren't lighting up. i dont know what to do. i recorded videos of my pc to see if anyone could see what was wrong:

The Corsair fan hub you have, i see it has 3 fans connected and one cable goes to the MoBo as well, for signal source. But how it is powered? E.g why there isn't power cable going to it?

it’s powered by the sata cable, also sorry i already found out that i need to purchase a lighting node pro then connect that to the motherboard with a usb
