Fans aren't working correctly and some aren't working at all.

I have and brand new PC with all brand new parts. I turn it on and it will boot up to the start up screen. The biggest problem that I'm having right now is with my fans. I have 6 fans total. The front 200mm intake fan and the back 140mm exhaust fan are connected to the fan hub on the back of the case which is connected straight to the PSU via Sata power connector. The other 4 fans are for my Corsair H110i liquid cooler that is running in exhaust Push/Pull config. The two "Pull" fans are connected to the mobo fan headers, and the two "Push" fans are connected straight to the mobo via Sata connector as well. Now, the only fans that work are the two "Push" fans. They work, but when the turn on, they only run for about 10 seconds and then they turn off for about 5 seconds, and they continue to do that repeatedly until the computer is shutdown.

I've looked up everything that I could think of and can only find people with somewhat similar problems but not exactly the same thing seeing as how everything powers up/boots up fine except for my fans.

If anyone could help me fix this, I would make you my best friend for life!!

-Thanks

You have not followed the instructions for installing your H100i system. The instructions say:

1. There is one 3-pin female fan connector with only ONE wire running to it coming from the pump unit on the CPU. This must plug into a CPU_FAN header on the mobo so the unit can report its fan operation to the mobo for monitoring.
2. The pump also has a cable that must plug into a SATA power output connector from the PSU to get power.
3. You also should have a cable from the pump unit to a mobo USB header, AND you should have the Corsair Link software installed to control the entire Corsair system.
4. The system comes with TWO fan cables. Each plugs into one connector on the pump unit (there are two of these) and has TWO output 4-pin...

In this way the Corsair system can use up to 4 fans in total, which matches your needs. NOTE, however, that NONE of these radiator fans plugs into any mobo header! They ALL must be connected (using the supplied cables) to the two sockets on the pump body. This is how the Corsair Link software can control the system radiator fans.
