Fans for my case

I have the Fractal Design Define R4 case. It comes with a front and rear fan, and I have an H100i that I will be attaching to the top. There is also a fan location on the side and the bottom (which also has a dust filter). How should I configure the fans that I have, and would it be wise to get another fan or two? I really know nothing about airflow so any advice would be great.

The top and rear fans should always be blowing out of the case.

The bottom, side, and front fans should always blow in the case.

The reason for this is because hot air rises, and cold air sinks. Just like dry ice & smoke from a fire. The dry ice gas sinks in a way and the smoke from a fire rises. This is also the reason why hot air balloons work.

It isn't required.

As long as your CPU is staying below ~30C idle you should be fine.

Not really, just the temps.

Positive pressure tends to keep out dust- especially when cases have side mounts with no filters.
Me personally ,I would add one more front intake just to balance the airflow a little more.
