Fans for use on a watercooler

I was wondering what the difference is with 'pressurized' fans that the water coolers use?
And would these
BitFenix Spectre Pro PWM fans be good to use on a water cooler?

Not all fans are the same, the pitch of the blades can be a factor as to how much air flow they produce.

pressurized fans produce a higher air flow at lower spin speeds because of the way the blades are pitched, slope, angle.

It looks ok to me ! just make sure the Rad is 140 mm fan mounting.

i sort of thought that, those fans pull 120+ CFM and a lower RPM then the stock fans on the water cooler I am getting (NZXT X60) and yes it is a 280mm radiator with 140mm Fans.
