yesterday my rig that i have used since 2 years back started going loud when i start up games. never had this issue before and i have been using it daily for 2 years. i have an evga 980ti gpu and intel 4790k cpu and a gigabyte z97 gaming 3 motherboard. i can watch youtube and twitch and the computer is silent, but whenever i start a game and graphics card goes up to 60 degrees my fans start to go crazy and sound very loud. my graphics card has been on 60 degrees before and it has still been silent. the only way to stop the fans from going crazy is to restard the computer. but then when i start playing a game it goes back to loud. i have cleaned the rig but it didnt help. so please help me <3

just after i posted this my i restarded my pc and now the fans are always loud i really need help

just found out that one of the two gpu fans are going in burst mode and the other one is going full speed and its that one that makes the high sound

Yeah then most likely your fan going. Here's how you can tell. Your intel cpu does give you integrated graphics. So technically you can take out your gpu completely and still have basic safe mode resolution.
Then you take the gpu and disassemble the shroud enough to take out the affected fan. I'd try and find a how to video on youtube for you but I don't know your card model. Anyway, once you're just down to a fan with its little cord, if you plug it into psu or mobo system fan header while you're holding it by the middle (make sure not to touch the modo when you do this, and that you plug it when the system is off), you should see it spin but whether it's with noise or without should tell you if it's the bearing or the way it's sitting...
Usually when fans start sounding very loud, it's a matter of its ball bearings going, and replacing the fan as it's then not able to respond well to starting/stopping either and makes a lot of loud grinding noise. Eventually should die completely. You should be able to buy a replacement fan, if not from the manufacturer, then from ebay or amazon or somewhere like that and that's usually the cheapest option. If you can't find any, you can buy a whole new shroud for the card. If you think the fan is actually ok, manufacturers typically provide utilities for controlling gpu fan speed. You could try playing with that to see if you get any different responses.

If it's the bearing, you can try oiling though to me that's a temp fix a lot of the time. If it's the way it's sitting, that can be adjusted.
