[SOLVED] Fans keep spinning but PC won't turn on

Hey guys!

I keep having the same reoccuring issue with my pc which is that sometimes when I turn it on the 4 fans in my pc spin at max speed but the pc itself doesn't turn on. Keyboard, mouse, headset and monitor doesn't turn on either.

I've tried researching it myself and turned fast boost off in windows and in bios which didn't help.

It doesn't happen all the time but it's still an annoyance.

My specs are:
Ryzen 5 3600
BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4
Asus strix B450-F
G.Skill 3600mhz 16gb ram
Intel660p 1tb NVME m.2 ssd
MSI Geforce RTX 2070S Gaming X Trio
Corsair TX650M gold psu

OS=Windows 10

My pc works absolutely fine when it turns on so I doubt the hardware is the issue.

You have problems when using two pcie power cables to power the gpu? So not one cable = two connectors.
Have latest bios?

If it works there after I wouldn't sweat it probably some grounding situation that is not serious at all. 👩‍🦲🙏🖐🎗
