[SOLVED] fans light up but don't spin!?!?

I got two mf120r 3 fan packs. both packs come with a splitter for argb and power. both sets of 3 fans have power connected to splitter, both splitters connected to a fan hub. both sets of argb connectors connceted to both argb splitters, both splitter connected to each argb controller. argb is fine, but power is not. I plugged the fan hub into the sys fan header on my motherboard (b450m ds3h) but they aint spinning! please help as this is my first build and I really need answers

some motherboards need to identify the fan's stats before offering enough power for them to spin up and start.

if your BIOS has a fan control option, run any optimization option available.
or if available, do the same with any available motherboard control software from within Windows.
