Fans loud only on 1 game

So for whatever reason when i play in Skyrim for about 5 minutes my pc fans get very loud when i feel like they shouldnt be. I checked my core temps and it was only about 40 degrees Celsius. What confuses me is that i can easily run this, along with multiple other games on very high graphics for hours i.e. I can easily run gta 5 or the Witcher 3 for hours without the fans being very loud, But once i play skyrim for 5 minutes its like a jet turbine.

My CPU temp was around 45 and my GPU temp was around 55 but i noticed that it didnt even take a minute after closing the game for my fan to go back to normal

And for the question about which fan, i dont really know i just have 1 big fan and 3 smaller fans built into the case
