Fans making a lot of noise?

I just upgraded my computer case to the NZXT H440 mid tower and my fans have been super loud ever since, but before my system hardly made any noise could i only have 3 custom fans in the case so all the rest are stock could they be making the noise by spinning too fast or what could be the problem?

Generally running two monitors off the same GPU should not cause significant load increase on the GPU. I suppose running a monitor off the CPU (if your CPU/mobo support that) could increase temps on the CPU a hair, causing the mobo to spin up CPU and/or case fans.

I actually thought the problem you were describing was related to case fans more than GPU fan. Maybe you should try to determine which fans are getting spun up.
Hard to say:
1. Different cases have different acoustics. Some cases sound louder given the same fans running at the same speed as in a different case.
2. How the fans are mounted makes a difference. If som kind of insulating grommet is used instead of having direct fan-to-case contact sometimes makes for a quieter case.
3. If the airflow in the new case is considerably worse than before, your system may just be running hotter, leading to higher fan speeds most of the time.
4. If motherboard is the same, and it has any kind of fan management feature, you may need to re-run whatever fan setup BIOS has for the new case.
5. BIOS and/or fan utility settings have been reset and everything is running full speed regardless of temperature.

I went into bios and changed the settings for everything to default (at least i think i did) it seems to have some effect but now itll quite down for a bit then get loud again could me running dual monitors cause this? i know itll make gpu run a bit hotter so could this be a possibility? its just odd to me that ive never heard sound from my pc before but perhaps i should invest in some better cooling i suppose
