Fans not running

So I just got a new case, the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv and it has a PWM fan hub on the back, the instructions say to plug it into one of my CPU fan ports.

I've followed all instructions as said but when I turn my PC on none of the fans start up. What could cause this?

Please help!


Edit: I have an Asrock Fatality H97 performance motherboard.

Have you plugged the sata power connection into the hub?

I have yeah, I just rearranged the CPU fan to another and it's working now, thank anyway mate.
