[SOLVED] Fans Not Spinning Even at 87 Celsius

I have a gigabyte rtx 2060 and the fans don't spin at all no matter the temp. Also, the front leds don't turn on once I boot up my PC. I have made sure that the PCIE was plugged into the powersupply as well as the card itself multiple times.

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
GPU: Gigabyte - GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB OC Video Card
PSU: Corsair CX Series 550w
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3200MHz
Storage: Samsung 1TB SSD 2.5"
Motherboard: MSi - B450 Tomahawk ATX AM4 Motherboard
Case: CoolerMaster MasterBox Lite 5

If the card is under warranty, I think I'd reach out to support.

If not, a less than ideal solution would be trying to use a program like msi afterburner to tweak the fan curve. Do the fans actually work on your card?

If you can't contact support, and the fans don't spin, I guess you can always go this route.
