Fans not spinning for gtx 1080 strix

I bought my gtx 1080 strix off of newegg and I installed it but the 3 fans weren't spinning. I have a 500 watt power supply and I plugged in the PCI-E cables

Do they not turn on under load? By design they don't spin until the card hits 60c.

use MSI Afterburner Software
and enable auto-fan ON

How Deeznuts0765 said you don`t need to worry, the fans are automatically turning off when the card is under load and on MSI Afterburner settings at "Fan" tab, check "enable user defined software automatic fan control" and from the graph below you can customize your own fan profile. You can use the default one from MSI because that generally work for almost every card...

I have a Strix 1080 as well... THe fans won't turn on until it starts to heat up... Even then, not all of the fans will come on at once until it hits a certain temp... Try running a benchmark and see if all of the fans are running then...
