fans not working led lights on

hey i have just bought a thermaltake core V71 case from amazon and the fans are not working the led lights are on but fans are stationary i am wondering if its something i havent connected or if its the fans are faulty can someone please help

Fans are connected to the fancontroller? Tried different settings? Connected the fancontroller to the power?

it has ended up being a faulty fan controller which i discovered by plugging in each fan direct to motherboard so now i have to find where to get fan controller from as amazon is being very difficult

Contact Thermaltake and ask nicely for that part on the new case you purchased. Tell them your happy with the case but the fan controller was faulty. More than likely they will send you out a new one. Just be polite about it.

The fancontroller is powered? Either by molex or sata connector.
