[SOLVED] Fans not working. Send help

hello, i recently built a new comp in the Corsair 280x. its fully built and boots up. However, the fans don't start. The aio starts but the fans do not. The case comes with a fan controller and all of the fans are connected. It is powered by sata. I can provide pictures if needed

280X doesn't come with any fan "controller" and only 2x non-LED fans are installed. 280X RGB, in the other hand, comes with Lighting Node Pro and RGB LED hub pre-installed with 2x RGB fans.

If you have 280X RGB, case manual, page 18 says:

Plug the mini USB cable into the back of the Lighting Node PRO then plug the 9-pin end into an available internal USB 2.0 header in your system.

Did you do that?

Also, where are the fans connected? Since Lighting Node Pro isn't a fan controller but instead a fan LED controller. You still need to plug the fan 3-pin/4-pin wire to your MoBo to power the fan.
