Fans Not Working

I have a GIGABYTE X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING and my case is a Thermaltake view 71 rgb. The case has a fan controller and my fans are plugged into that. My fans are not working. It's plugged in sys fan 4 slot. Not sure why it wouldn't work.

Thermaltake View 71 RGB does not come with a fan controller. You might check with where you got the controller.

It does have a fan controller. And I got it to work. Thanks though.
