Question Fans on MSI RTX 3060

GPU temp shows 44.7 in HWiNFO64 program, fans speeds are 0. Should I be concern about this, will I need software to control this or will it be ok? Does
the card take care of itself for heat ? just seems funny fans never turn.

44.7 is so low that some cards have fan profiles that don't even activate till at least ~55 degrees. Your GPU under intense hardcore gaming should max at around 80 degrees. Try a stress test on it and monitor the temps, if your fans never kick in then you have a problem.
