When the PC is on, everything is fine.
But when I turn it off/sleep/hibernate, it would do that, monitors go black, USB loses power.
But right after, the CPU and chassis fans would start spinning at full speed. The PSU fans are also spinning, but not at full speed.
The motherboard RGB lights are still on, the GPU fan is not.
If I press the power button, the fans slow down and the PC boots normally.
The only temporary fix that has worked is to flick the PSU switch off, then on.
Things I tried:
Switching operating system (Tried windows 10 and Ubuntu)
Resetting and Updating BIOS
Spec:
Ryzen 5600
Asrock B450 Steel Legend
GTX 1080
EVGA 750BQ
