Question Fans run at maximum speed after updating the BIOS

Hello, I have a problem with a PC that is not mine, it turns out that it was working normally but it had an old version of the BIOS v1.04 and I thought about updating it to the latest version v02.09, and it was updated normally but when the PC restarted , the two fans work at maximum speed and made a lot of noise and no matter how many times I restart they do not return as they were, I do not know how to solve it and I do not know if it is possible to return to the old version of the BIOS.

my pc is:
HP Compaq dc5700
Mainboard: 0a60h
Chipset: Intel q965
BIOS: 786e2 v02.09

You will most likely need to clear CMOS after the bios update.
