Fans settings in BIOS of lenovo m57 6075CTO

I have a Lenovo M57 6075CTO whose fan operates constantly at 100%. No where in BIOS allows me to throttle the fan speed. I cleared the cooling fan with compressed air. No POST messages indicating fan failure/problem. Changed out CMOS battery; set CMOS back to factory default. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thank you

Thank you. I saw that post on Lenovo's site but was hoping there may have been a setting in BIOS that I may have overlooked that could throttle down the fans.
