Fans speed gtx 760 windforce

Hello. Im using geforce gtx 760 windforce gpu. My question is:

Over the night when i leave my computer on to download torrents, is there any way that i can turn the gpu fans off, and computer will use the one on the cpu ?

Is it loud when it is idling? I don't think you can turn the fan's off.

yea, yo ucan hear it. 3 fans are about 800 rpm

You can try a tool like EVGA Precision X or MSI Afterburner and see if you can set manual fan speed profiles but unless that GPU came advertised as 0-DB mode than the fans cant turn off.
