Question Fans speed is not going up / down

Hello, I built this PC yesterday and I figured out that my case fans aren’t changing speed in any way, I tried buying a fans controller but it’s not changing.
Case: DeepCool Mattrexx 55 Mesh with fans
Controller: DeepCool FH-4
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming B560M-PLUS WIFI (bios v0820)
I wanna know if that’s a fans / controller / mobo problem, I used the same case on another build and everything worked fine.
