Question Fans spin but no boot

For about 6 months my pc was working fine, but then one day I got a cpu error light on my motherboard and my pc wouldn’t boot into windows. I tried getting a new power suply but that did not work so then I tried putting in a new gpu and that dident work either so I am fairly shure it is the cpu or motherboard. I also tried resetting the cmos but that did not work either.

If under warranty, try returning both motherboard and CPU, to be replaced.
