Question Fans spin, leds on, no beep codes, no display, won't post

My system is
Cpu: Ryzen 3200G
Motherboard: Asus Prime B450M-A/CSM
Ram: G.Skill Aegis 16gb ddr4-3000
Storage: 1TB Seagate BarraCuda and
120GB Kingstonn SSD
Graphics Card: MSI RX 570 8GB Armor
Case: Thermaltake Versa H18
Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart 600w 80+
Moniter: Asus VP228T
I just assembled my pc today and turned it on. I was glad to see all leds and fans were working but when I looked at the moniter I noticed that there was no signal. All my parts were bought within the last 6 months and I got my bios updated for my motherboard upon purchase by memory express. I plugged in a hdmi to the graphics card hdmi slot and the other end into my moniter. I made sure everything was plugged in and slotted right. After about 2 hours of trying to figure out what was wrong I gave up because I was going nowhere. I'd really apreciate any help I can get thanks.

Try connecting an internal speaker to the board and see if any beeps when no RAMs. Test also with graphics card removed.

I already tried that it beeped without memory one long two short without graphics card still didn't work no beep

If connecting the monitor to the motherboard, graphics card removed, still no signal?
