Hi, i recently built a new computer, originally i was going to take alot of parts from my old computer and put them in my new, but since alot of the parts were outdated i had to buy new ones
Parts:
CPU: Intel - Core i5-7500 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 LED 66.3 CFM Rifle Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus - PRIME Z270-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Ram: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
GPU: Asus - GeForce GTX 760 2GB DirectCU II Video Card
Case: Corsair - Carbide 400C ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair 430W

I've tried booting the computer up with switching ram slots, and only booting with one ram. I've also tried switching monitors. The only things i switched were the power supply and the GPU, and according to pcpartpicker all the components should work fine together. Please help!

A couple of things here.
First of all, you didn't specify full model name of the PSU. Corsair 430w have me thinking it's the old CX model with green logo. Those are very crap.
Second, the minimum recommended PSU for your GPU is 500w. Don't expect a smaller PSU to run it, specially not a smaller crap unit like the green Corsair CX430.

Remove GPU, then clear CMOS to make sure iGPU is enabled.

I've used the same PSU / Graphics card combo on my old setup and it worked perfectly fine, can't see why it wouldn't on this one

Pull the power from the PSU.

Clear the BOIS setting back to defaults as was recommended.

You can remove the battery or use the jumper on the MB, either way will work.

How do you enable the iGPU?

Maybe the other parts in your new build are using more power. Maybe your PSU is dying or have been overloaded by your new system and has fried something on the mobo or GPU. The green CX unit is not safe and if it fails i will fry your system or start a fire.

Tried it, still no luck :(

Try removing on of the ram sticks.

If doesn't work switch them and try again.

Yes, i connected the HDMI & VGA Cables to my GPU but they didn't work

This is not good.

Unplug everything like the HD's etc from the PSU so you would down to just the MB, CPU cooler.

It's possible the MB is fried.

Make sure the ATX connections are connected, both of them, the 24 pin and 8 pin.

You would have to replace the MB and I recommend replacing the PSU also with a better unit if it's not working.

Right now i've got the ram in the A2 & B2 Slots & the ATX12v Connected, but the montior still doesn't turn on.

Both of them connected?

Same here.

I am thinking replace the PSU 1st, then the motherboard if it still doesn't work.

Replacing both in the end is recommended as I think the MB is cooked.
