Fans spinning, LED works, no display showing (Built PC)

Hello!
I've recently built this PC (new builder):

Asus Prime b350 plus
Asus Cerberus GTX 1050ti
AMD Ryzen 3 1200
Ballistix Sport 8gb (2x4gb) DDR4
Toshiba P300 2TB Hard disk

The problem is that the fans are spinning, all LED lights up but no display shows up.
I've checked all the ports and cables too and i'm using a tv, not a monitor.
Could it be a PSU problem, my PSU is from a Swedish manufacturer, it is 550W and 80+ Certified.

Could be because of TV. In most cases you have to set input to port you are using to connect with PC before turning PC on.

Well, i tried to set the TV into the right input, nothing showed up, i'm using a HDMI cable.
