Fans spinning, no display

This is my first build
Asus B350 plus
Ryzen 5 1600
EVGA 450 80+
Samsung Evo 850
corsair vengeance led 2x8gb ddr4 2600

I have power to everything. 24 pin from psu is plugged in to motherboard, 2x4 pin labeled cpu1 is plugged into, hadnt put the video card. I have the cpu fan plugged in. When I power up all fans spin and stay on, the ram led ist on, The LEDs of The Mobo are on, still i dont have any Display, The Monitor doesn't detect IT

What CPU? Ryzen does not have integrated graphic, so you will not get display until you install graphic card.

It's Th rayzen 5 1600 and souldnt The BIOS apear in The Display even without a grafic card?

Nope. You have to install graphic card in this setup, otherwise you will not get any display at all.
