Fans spinning while turned off?

My pc was turned off and i unplugged it to take a look inside for a sec then the case fans started to spin like if my pc was on. what is wrong with my pc?


Btw, booted everything it normal.

If they started up for a fraction of a second and then off... I've seen that on my pc... even if unplugged sometimes the PSU stores some power in its capacitors, it will attempt to turn on if you press the power switch.

If they turned on and stayed on... I would call a priest, that ain't possible if you are unplugged! :O

I just realized that the fans are on when my DVI to HDMI is plugged in but when i unplug it, they turn off. how can i fix this?

odd... it means they are being powered through that cable 😵... I don't know how to fix that, could be a fault on your MoBo.

Have you tried keeping it connected but unplug it on the other end?

yeah it as long as that wire is not connected to my monitor from either side. ill try to get a different wire
