Fans stay ON after shutdown, including AIO.

Motherboard: Asus TUF Z270 Mark1
AIO: NZXT Kraken X62

I did a case swap and now after I shutdown the PC, the chassis and AIO pump and fans keep spinning at very low speed. Even the LED in the AIO stay on very dim.

Checked the APM settings in BIOS and they all are disabled. The chassis fans are plugged into ASST fan header and AIO fans into CPUFAN header. Any idea what could be causing it?

the asus bios locked up on you. turn the power supply off and pull power from the wall. when the mb is drained of power clear the cmos. then make sure the cmos is up to date. the error should be gone at next shutdown.

So I was finally able to resolve this issue. I tried clearing the CMOS and everything but that didn't help. The chassis fan controller was connected to ASST_FAN controller, moved it to CPU_OPT controller and that solved the problem. The system shuts down completely now.
