Question Fans stuck at 0 RMP and are not controllable.

Hello! Today I just came across this problem, my new PC build fans are showing that they are running on 0 rpm but they are actually spinning. I have it on PMW and it's a 4-pin. The rest are working fine and are controllable. Im using a 7-head fan hub connector, where the other working fans are also connected. The connector is also connected to the motherboard. 3 of the fans and controllable and the other 3 are not. When I play games, the 3 fans that are stuck on 0 RPM get turned up to max and it gets really loud, which is why I would like to be able to change the speed. Hope someone can help here. Thanks.

What are your FULL hardware specifications including the model of the fan hub and model of all fans including CPU cooler?
