Question Fans weird ramp up

hello,i hope this is the right sections,so my gpu is at stable 79-80 celcius(RTX 2080 Super OC)
lately the fans at certain points go like crazy like at 100% for 2-3 seconds that come down to normal
set custom profil on after burner then default but nothing seems to be working,does anyone have a clue?thnx

Using rtx cards I recommend using this for GPU control

Software like MSI Afterburner and EVGA Precision X don't actually override anything on the card itself. You have to have the application running if you want the card to use a custom fan curve.

Actually without Afterburner the same thing happens,what could it be?
