To start, I am a complete newbie!
I just finished building my 1st computer and I have two GTX 1070s with SLI video cards. Both cards are installed to the MOBO and they seem to be getting power because their LED's will light up for a few seconds and then turn off and repeat. However the fans are not spinning. I do not have the drivers installed yet for the GPUs. What can be causing the fans not to spin? I have not setup BIOS and cannot get anything to display on the monitor but I think its because I was hooking the HDMI cord for the monitor to the MOBO port instead of the GPU port.
