Question Fans

I bought a PC from PCS and I was wondering how much extra fans should I install into it and will it be good for my Pc or not.

I have a i3-9100f and a GTX 1650

the case if you were wondering is a PCS P209

This thread is quite similar to the one I did yesterday, hopefully you see this and do not ban me or something. However, I am thinking about adding more fans to my pc and I want to add 3 more fans so I was wondering would it kill my i3-9100f and GTX 1650 pc.

The case looks like it can support a 360mm AIO in the front and a 240/280mm AIO at the top. That being said, you have options for fans on the front and the top. The other question is, what is the make and model of your motherboard and how much do you have allocated in terms of funds for the fans?

My Pc is a prebuilt from PCS and its the PCS P209 case.
My specs are
i3-9100f
GTX 1650
ASUS H310-plus R2.0
8GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3000MHz (1 x 8GB)
1TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA SATA-III 3.5" HDD, 6GB/s, 7200RPM, 64MB CACH
CORSAIR 350W VS SERIES™ VS-350 POWER SUPPLY

I can put around £80 into the fans, I am looking at the LL 120mm Corsair Rgb fans
