Just a quick question, not really overclocking in nature, but i bet you are the people who know.
can i fit any of the new intel fans onto a celeron chip? my pc is 3 years old, but i am moving it into my room and so want to put a new quieter fan on it and want to know if it will fit?

just the fan, or the actual heatsink?
fan, if its the same size then yeah

The heatsinks for the P4 are way different then for the old Celerons (Socket 370 or Slot1).
If you got a Socket 370 Celeron you can buy most Socket A (462) HSFs for it as long as they don't use the 4 motherboard mounting holes (which don't exist for the Celeron motherboards).

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dims when I turn it on 😱
