Hey guys just built my new rig today and ive been playing some BF4 and the cpu temps rocketed to 91 degrees celcius on a 4690k . im wondering if there is a problem with my fan speed its a stock cooler and its at 1400 i can barely hear it. Read somewhere it can go pretty loud so i thought i would ask here

I got speedfan on and with my old amd rig i could reajust the fan speed but it doesnt seem to be working now. No clue what to do need some HELP!

That sounds like an installation problem. You need to check that the heatsink fan is mounted down correctly and has proper thermal paste. Also, did you ensure the stock fan is spinning correctly? The stock fan supplied is more than fine to run your CPU at stock speeds.
