Fantom Green Drive Not Recognized

I have a 2TB Fantom Green Drive that worked fine yesterday. But today the drive does not appear in My Computer.

It does however appear in device manager and the disk manager. But in disk manager it says "unknown" "not initialized".

UPDATE: I was able to remove drive from enclosure and connect to motherboard via SATA. Can now see and access the drive, however, folders are missing.

The drive says it contains more than 1TB of data but only about 5GB are showing up. I can see hidden files and I've ran file recovery software that brought back deleted files but nothing else.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Update: On a whim, I tried typing the directory of the files directly into the navigation bar and it went right to the folder.

Still not sure exactly what happened to the folder but I was finally able to access the files and move them to another drive. I've since reformatted the drive and re-purposed it for non-essential files. All appears to be working well now.
