Far Cry 3 error..help

I put this in Graphics and displays because I don't really know which thread to pu it in but I am getting a runtime error r6030 i think. Something to do with Visual C++ Red. and not having enough thread data. has anyone played this game and come across this? or this error in general?

download the dx redistributable 2010 update and see if that fixes it, if not does running in admin help?

It usually happens when I exit Far Cry 3.

I have Windows 8 pro instaled on a 64gb ssd and my steam library and media on a WD1002FEAX 1TB
i5 3570k
8gb KHX 1600 RAM
Asus p8z77 v lx
GTX 770
CX750M

if its when you exit it may just be the computer panacking about whats happening, your specs seem fine so its not that, does it ever happen when you are playing in game? try the dx package i mentioned earlier and different drivers for your gpu

I was looking at some threads earlier trying to find out what this is and I saw that a registry cleaner would be needed for this. I am not a user of Registry cleaners so I am trying to find where this data is and maybe I could just clean that part of the game. Also I already reinstalled the Redistributables, just the 2012 ones though, I do have other games that use it as well but have not noticed this error.
