Far Cry 3 graphical problem

I have Far Cry 3 graphics bug. I have tried re installing gpu drivers but that hasn't helped.

I forget to add that my gpu is gtx 560 ti

i see by the water texture you're setting are set a little low. i think you should lower them more. and/or lower your resolution. the video cards architecture is a little old to be rendering the game the way it's meant to be seen.
