Far Cry 3 keeps crashing or "Stopped Working"

Playing far cry 3 at first it was fine. After that on the mission "The Medusa's Call" it always stopped working after 20-30 mins. When in the mission, about at the ending part, keeps stopped working, and when i play the game again, the checkpoint is not loaded so i played again over and over the mission. My CPU usage is constant 23%, so it was not the cpu problem. What is causing this and how to not popping "farcry is stopped working" again?

Specs:
Hp Pavilion g4-2006TX
12 Gb RAM (At first it was 4 gigs)
Using AMD Radeon

I am seeing the same thing, to this day. Did you ever find a solution? My FC3 game dies every time the game fades out (like if I die) or sometimes at checkpoints. Very frustrating. I'm seeing people with the same issues in FC4.
