The game runs smoothly on high settings with no lag but when an action is done after moving at times or in a cutscene, the game doesn't respond for a few seconds then continues, when this happens during cutscenes the animation speeds up for a few seconds to catch up to where it left off. It doesn't lag, it just plain stops at times for a few seconds, this even happens in the loading menu.

Perfectly smooth except during the freezings, except the freezing occurences last a few seconds longer on my computer for each one.
My computer is a lenovo y50 laptop meant for gaming so this is very confusing.
