Far cry 3 on 7870

Hi, I just got far cry 3 and the games lags really badly when I set it on ultra, but I searched it up on YouTube and other people have no problem running ultra with similar set up. Is 7870 really not good enough for fc3 on ultra or is there something wrong with my card ? Thanks in advance

1)update to latest amd drivers 2) try to set vsync to off.
