Hello,

Will this system be able to run Far Cry 3?
If yes, on what settings and on what amount of frames per second?

Core 2 Duo E7600 @3.06GHz
GTX550 Ti 1GB
4GB RAM

Thanks in advance

1440x900 resolution you will get 28 ~ 30 FPS at ultra settings with 8x MSAA, so if your are at that reso or higher, you will need to lower the graphics quality and mostly u will set the AA to 2x MSAA or even set it to off,,,,

I would assume med-high with playable frame rates at 1680 or lower. Buy it and try it. I cant tell the exact fps since I don't have the same exact system but I can say that it will not be on low settings unless 1080p

It is surprisingly playable, I have the textures and the enviroment and the vegetation set on high, the other options are set to low.
I play it on a 1440x900 resolution, and I have 40 frames per second at almost every moment, even during explosions, only drops when there are many ai's around me.

I have an E8400 @ 4.2 Ghz with 4GB RAM and a 2GB 7870 OC. Was wondering if I will get atleast 40FPS on 1680X1050 with 4X AA. Is it worth ordering this game?

With a 7870 on that resolution there is no doubt you will get constant 60 FPS on just 4X AA
