Far cry 3 update

Hi guys I'm gonna get far cry 3 to mostly play online but I here that update 1.5 just came out.so cam I directly just update that update to play online or do I need all the updates

How will you be purchasing it? If it's through Steam or UPlay it will automatically be updated for you.

Thru uplay on a disc

Yeah, Uplay should autopatch for you when you launch the game. If not there is a way to download the patches automatically, and if that's the case you can download just the 1.5 patch and install it.
