Far Cry 4 CPU 100%

Solution
Far cry 4 will use 3 to 4 cores up to a highish degree but only one core will hit 100% if you want to stop this then use vsync if it runs over 60FPS or a fps limiter like from afterburner to restrict fps to a level below where the core hits 100%
(or just raise graphics quality in the game)
One core is maxing out while the rest sit more or less idle?

Check the "affinity" of the game's .exe via Task Manager: right-click on the game .exe in the "Details" list (or "Processes" on Win7 and older) and go to "Set Affinity." Make sure it's set to use all of your cores (or maybe leave it off of CPU0, as that's the core Windows tends to use more than any other).
