Far Cry 4, dark rectangles problem

Hi,
I have a problem with running Far Cry 4 correctly, after few minutes of playing these dark rectangles has shown up. It is the exact problem that someone had with Far Cry 3 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epdBAWdq5ac) yet I ran Far Cry 3 perfectly. I have all the patches and I even downloaded that special driver for this game (AMD Catalyst™ 14.11.2 Beta Driver for Windows®) which made the performance better but no change with the rectangles.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4200U
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 M265X

My map and shadows are fine, that's not the problem, but still thanks I guess

16 GB Ram
I5 4690k (4600)

Game runs smooth on ultra.....
except for this damn rectangular squares...lol...

Please assist
