Far Cry 4 fps drop

I'm having trouble playing Far Cry 4.i get 40-60 fps but while running or driving fps drop very freq. like it goes 28-25 from 50 fps and it's really annoying.. I'm Using sapphire R9 290X, AMD FX 4300(overclocked it to 4.4) 8 GB RAM.. I Have seen other people playing with the same gpu with no lag and shuttering but they are using intel cpu(like i7 and i5)..
If i change my processor and buy a new one from intel(i5,i7) will it help the prob??
and if so which processor is best compatible with 270x and also for future(like 2-3 years)use??

Getting an intel CPU (i5 is sufficient, no need for i7) will definitely help you with your FPS.

The i5 4460 is a good choice. Also remember you have to change your mobo in that case.
By the way, your GPU is the 290X or the 270X ? Doesn't really matter though. Both are enough for Farcry 4

i was thinking of getting i7 4770k or LGA 1150 4670K i5 4th Generation or i5 4690K.. which is a better choice for gaming and future use(like 2-3 years)
and which mb is better between these..
