Hey All !

My problem with far cry is that when i try to play the game on my AMD Radeon HD 7670m the game crashes after a few seconds and sometimes it takes longer ... But when i try the intel hd 4000 the game works without crashing but at very low fps ( below 10 )

I wish someone can help to fix this i really want to play this game :(

My Spec's :

CPU : Intel core i5 3210m
GPU : AMD Radeon HD 7670m 2GB + Intel hd graphics 4000
HDD : 600 GB
RAM : 6 GB
OS : Windows 7 64-bit

Solution
what driver are you using? AMD has released AMD Catalyst™ 14.11.2 Beta This release enables peak driver performance optimization for AMD Radeon™ graphics users in Dragon Age: Inquisition and Far Cry 4
also your mobile gpu is still behind the minimum gpu specs as 7670m isnt GeForce GTX 460 or Radeon HD5850 equivalent, so set the video options accordingly.! apart from the driver Ubisoft also released a patch for the game, so make sure you upgraded to the latest version 1.4.0

i tried to update my driver twice but everytime something weird happens , last timethe CCC was deleted and i had to do recovery ( factory restore ) and the time before that the ( Configure switchable graphics ) stopped showing up so i didn't try to mess with updates anymore

There's a game patch coming next week that is supposed to help performance while streaming textures. I assume they mean the stutter that happens when a new map area is entered. Most large world games use such areas to stream a lot of textures in all at once, which can cause stutter.

Even if it's effective, it won't likely help you. Your 7670m is well below the minimum required GTX 460 GPU, which is your main problem. There are often people that show videos playing games with laptop spec below the minimum, but they only show you best case scenario. They don't show the stuttering, freezing, crashing, etc.

Minimum

Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8/8.1 (64bit versions only)
Intel Core i5-750 @ 2.6 GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 955 @ 3.2 GHz
4GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD5850 (1GB VRAM)
Direct X 11
30 GB HDD space
DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card with latest drivers
