Windows 10? Try a system restore if the issue cropped up after a mandatory windows update took place or a repair install. Back up critical content should anything go wrong. If both the above don't work recreate(if installed via this method) bootable USB installer and reinstall.

On the other side, are your BIOS and device drivers up to date? You didn't include your GPU and PSU in the above system specs.
